Body Sculpt Strength

Work it Circuit

Total Tabata

Yoga

Club Style
At Club FIIT, our exclusive Club Style classes flip the switch on ordinary workouts. The main lights drop, blackout blinds slide down, and suddenly the club lights explode into action transforming the studio into a full-blown workout nightclub. The bass is booming, the lights are pulsing, and the energy is unreal. With an electric trainer on the mic leading every beat-driven move, you’ll feel the rush, the hype, and the adrenaline push you harder than you ever thought possible.
