Before stepping fully into the world of fitness, I spent years as a DJ with Choice FM, travelling nationally and                       internationally., an experience that shaped my understanding of flow, tempo, and the power of music to drive performance.

My favourite style of training is strength-based, and if you ask me for my top exercise, it’s the mighty shoulder press! Nothing beats the feeling of getting stronger, one rep at a time. I’m also a black belt in Aikido after six years of dedicated study, which adds           discipline, focus, and body awareness to my training approach.

As a personal trainer, I’m all about pushing you past your limits and helping you achieve breakthroughs you never thought possible. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than witnessing clients     surprise themselves with progress they once believed was out of reach.

I’m obsessed with proper form and intelligent training because when you train right, you get results that last!

As a semi-pro basketball player, I bring an athletic mindset into every session: discipline, intensity and focus… but always             balanced with energy, fun and the kind of vibe that makes hard work feel addictive. My classes run on precision and passion and, of course, the perfect soundtrack. I know exactly what song to drop and exactly when to drop it, because the right track can flip a switch and change everything.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably catch me mixing music or relaxing with an episode (or three) of Friends. Balance matters.
